I posted an intro in the wrong forum earlier; I think I'm figuring my way around here! I'm Tazzi, long-time ER nurse in the Monterey County area of California. Work in a rural ER where I sometimes feel as though I'm standing on a ledge with the bigger ER's laughing at me when I scream for help. I've been browsing the boards for a few days and have responded to a few, I guess I figured an intro would be nice so people aren't looking at my responses and thinking "Who is this?!?":D

Always nice to welcome a new member to the boards. I've worked in ER's with 30 beds to ER's with 500 beds, And the problems, perceptions and pains are all quite the same, just a little different backround.
Join right in, put your feet up and enjoy This group is really quite a crew and I'd love to work with most of them.

Hi Tazzi!
I'm new to the forum also. I have been out of hospital nursing for 7 yrs (I graduated in 1975) and am looking to return to med/surg. I have been reading other posts and they have been great.
