   These are precious stories, I'm lovin' it!! The best trick I have for masking those unpleasant odors is a little Vicks Vaporub under my nose. Works like a charm!

   I get paid hourly, time and a half for over 40 hours, plus a paid holiday every six weeks.

    I really think it depends on your facility's policy. Where I work sleeping is grounds for immediate dismissal.

    How about a subscription to a nursing journal, like AJN or RN? My grandmother got me a touching gift when I graduated, it was a charm bracelet with an RN charm. Every year she adds another nursing related charm. I love it !
