Your Fave Work Shoes

After a hell day and night at work my feet are killing me, and I'm pretty sure that my beloved comfy work shoes are on their death bed, gasping. I've already tried the store where I got these ones and they're not trendy anymore so not in production. Can I please have some recommendations for comfortable work shoes (not clogs or mules, not allowed) for tired feet? I'm asking in this forum since UK shoe shops are pretty well franchised! Ta all :)

My feet like SAS shoes. Personally I think they look like grandma shoes, but since I've wore SAS shoes, (knock on wood) I have not had no foot trouble. In the past I've had all kinds of foot problems! I've worn these for 12 years and haven't been to the Dr. not once for my feet since I first got them!

My £10 pair from ASDA! i got drenched on the way to placement one day so had to buy a cheap pair, and they are great:)

ecco are my saviours where shoes are concerned.

I have wide feet that will not be treated badly and although my calves ache after a long day my feet are good.

I keep trying other shoes as they are expensive but I always end up back at that ecco store.

yes- I agree ecco are the best! bought my pair about 5yrs ago and they are still going strong- like wearing a pair of slippers!!

well I got mine in the sale, but they were about £50- but worth every penny!

for some god forsaken reason student nurses (and nurses) have to wear black shoes, probably the same reasons that are constantly beaing discussed in the NT.

I have plain black trainers with no markings, so I get away with them, so much more comfortable than 'shoe' shoes....

I have to vote for my £15 pair from ASDA's as well. The most comfortable shoes I own. The pair I had before were Clarkes work shoes which were OK
