30 years old and more impatient then ever!

Well it is official. I have application anxiety. I applied in late May for a nursing program in my area. Although the application period does not end until mid July, I find myself checking my email daily. I assume I realistically won't find out until end of July or in August. It is pretty maddening to say the least. Although I have learned in life to not be in such a rush to get things done, I find in quite impossible. I am very excited to further my education, and improve the range and quality of care I can provide patients.

I completely understand. I just received my acceptance letter a few days ago and waiting for hear back from my school was agony! I don't really have much advice except to say that distracting myself with work and errands helped a lot. Best of luck to you!

I applied in April and won't hear back until October!!! It's driving me nuts, I'm 32, just finished my pre-reqs and want to be in a program already.
