I just remember nursingcas saying 2 pages maximum. I actually am withdrawing my application because I recently accepted my offer at Emory!
I just did the MN program because they only have a DNP for psychiatric and I want to work as an RN prior to getting a DNP. And yes I did the optional essay. I felt like it really helped my application because I made it clear why I recently decided I want to be a nurse and why I want to do psychiatric in the future

Gotcha. I went to Emory for my MPH and the campus is beautiful. Feel free to ask me any questions about the school and I will try to help as best as I can. Although I don't know too much about the nursing program, I can offer insight about the campus and other resources. I am currently in New Haven working at Yale, so I hope to stay up here and go to nursing school. Congratulations again!

Hello allnurses community!
This thread is for those applying to Yale's GEPN (Graduate Entry Prespecialty in Nursing) Program for the Fall 2024 start.
It might be a little early as deadlines haven't been announced yet, but given all of the questions that many of us might already have, one can never be too early!
Good luck to everyone!
