  1. Hi! I honestly don't remember my GPA super well but it was around a 3.7 ish. I did not end up pursuing nursing so I took myself off the wait-list so I don't know if I would've gotten off :)
  2. I am applying to PA school instead of nursing 3.6 GPA, did the personal statement, 86 TEAS (optional)
  3. I will be giving up my spot on Monday when they get my email so that will help someone on the waitlist
  4. The regular BSN or ABSN?
  5. Hey guys I know this is an old thread but im looking to apply for Spring 2025, and I wanted to ask your opinions on the program and my chances of getting in? I have a 3.5 undergrad GPA and all As in my prereqs, I just started a job as a unit secretary in a hospital as well. Is it possible to work during this program? I want to get alabama in state tuition but in order to do that I would have to be a full time alabama employee since im from GA
  6. I made mine from scratch on word. I had one of those resumes made by a company but honestly I've had more good results based on the simple one I made. I included education, GPA (only if it's high), work experience, and a publication I have. This same resume just helped me get a job in a hospital as well
  7. a lot of direct entry MSN/DNP programs allow you to pause before the MSN/DNP portion to work as an RN or you can do the MSN/DNP part time while working as an RN
  8. Ah well better than denied! I was waitlisted when I got my first decision so I'm not sure if it's going to change
  9. Oh yay! I haven't heard back. Was your good news?
  10. Hey all, so I'm thinking of last minute applying to this program but don't know a ton about it. I've read what I could on the website. So far I have already been accepted to Emory's MN (RN) program here in ga which is where I live currently. Is there anything driving you guys towards the UPenn program? What about the cost?
  11. I live in GA already so Emory is much closer to my family which I wanted. I also didn't do the mn-MSN program only the MN because I want to get a DNP in psychiatric nursing afterwards
