I have an interview with Yale hospital as a new grad. They have been rejecting me for every other positions I applied for and I REALLY WANT to land this job. This is my first interview. How should I prepare and how do I stand out for others they will be interviewing for this position? Also I get to shadow after the interview is that a good sign

Didn't see this until now.. how'd it go!?
Great!! The employees that I met while shadowing and during the interview were so nice. I moved on to the next step of the hiring process. I'm praying I get it because I will learn a lot working at yale. It's a good opportunity.

Totally off topic!
My heart breaks that Yale now owns what was the Hospital of St Raphael.......I broke in there as a graduate many moons ago, worked on the Private side, where my mom worked before that. I was also born there....I hope you get to work over there at some point!
