Hey everyone! Now that applications have been out for a while, has anyone started the process of applying for the Yale GEPN program? I hope that your applications are going well if you have! Also, if there are any current GEPN students that happen across this thread, if you have time, feel free to share your experiences in the program and any tips you may have :) Thanks!

Anyone book a hotel already? I know Yale recommends the Courtyard very close to West Campus, but I am looking for something a bit less pricey as I will be there two nights. Any recommendations?

I'm relatively local, about 30 minutes from the campus, but I'd look in Milford, Stamford, new haven, north haven. Are you renting a car for the couple days you're here?

No, I am taking the train from Newark and planning on using Lyft or Uber while there.

Neither have I! I am thinking about securing a hotel and canceling once/if I hear from them.

Does anyone know a general schedule for interviews? i know the day starts at 8, but didn't know if they had put out an agenda or anything yet!

Hey guys! Current GEPN here. Historically, the schedule for interview day was pretty booked. You will have a variety of info sessions to attend. Last year, my interview day went from around 8am-4pm. It was a long day, but so worth it. You learn a lot of helpful information about Yale, YSN, and the community.
