Welcome back Anna,

Missed you. Am going to Manchester myself on the 17th but not for conference more research project. Checking out the pubs to see if the night life is all it's cracked up to be lol

LOL it was nice to be pampered and had some really good speakers of which one was one of my gp's that I work with. Now it is back on the diet as I let it slip whilst away

Update-the cheque arrived after 2 days so now sent off to wait god knows where till I have my interview at US embassy and that could be over a year away. It is payable to The State Dept, so if they bank it when they recieve it then wait to interview for up to 18 months, good interest on everybodies money hey. :coollook:

Kay- have you got your cheque, where are you by the way it has been quiet on here without you and Anna is also missing

Hi,

I've just been busy - work and kids and life etc etc. No trips away for me :o

Yes I got my cheque and its been sent off - they still charged me the 12 quid tho!!!!!!

Aarrh thanks :)

I have decided that I might as well wait to see what they say about my hours in maternity etc. The stuff has been sent to them anyway so there is nothing I can do to change that!! Fingers crossed :uhoh21: If there is a problem I will tackle it then.

Got to get some stuff to start studying - starting is allways the hardest bit for me.

how is it going for you?

I've just quickly glanced over all the postings - hope I havn't missed anything exciting.

There have been couple of intersting threads especially the heated debates around the word nurse 'Nurse'. think they may come from the male nurses forum dunno how to attach threads to posts maybe someone can tell me
