I have interest in writing NCLEX Exam.How do I start the process of writing the exam.

Assuming that you have already completed your nursing education... you apply for a license by examination to the state board of nursing for the state in which you wish to practice... you also apply to pearson vue test...
the state Bon will evaluate your credentials and as long as you meet their qualifications, they will then issue you an ATT (authorization to test).. once you receive this, then you can go back to pearson vue and schedule your test date.

Are you asking how does one write the questions? As in creating questions that would appear on the NCLEX exam? I am not sure I understand you question about writing the NCLEX exam. If you want to write questions for the NCLEX exam you would need check this out.

Foreign students often say "write the exam" when a native would say "take the exam" or "sit for the exam". A whole lotta verbs to equate with answering questions
