Would you pay to listen to your favorite show, or your favorite sport? Where do you think the future of sat radio is going?

My husband gave me XM satellite for Christmas last year and I absolutely love it. I never listen to regular radio any more. I am on the road a lot and it has improved the quality of travel immeasurably. I love the comedy channels, listen to news to catch up and sometimes feel like listening to some oldies. It is all there and at only about $10/month, a real bargain!

Nope, I wouldn't pay for it. I mainly listen to NPR in the car.

I've had XM for 6 months and have no complaints thus far. Better audio quality, no commercials, better selection of music, consistant reception across every state I have been through.

I also am on the road several hours a week and listen either to audio books or XM satellite radio. I love both. The sound quality of the satellite broadcasts is amazing. It's so easy to use, just plug in that cassette-like thing and use your existing speakers---I love the comedy, the variety of music, the news and talk shows, whatever I'm in the mood for. Very reasonable price too.

Love my XM. We have had it since it came out. We have two now. Both Sony Plug & Plays. One is plugged into our home stereo, one in my car. We hardley ever listen to the radio or even our CDs any more. Favorite stations are Deep Tracks, Fine Tuning and Luna.

I bought myself an XM system about a year ago and I love it!! I bought one for my husband's truck this past Christmas and he really enjoys his-- he drives an hour to work one way... I could never go back to plain old FM radio now!! :chuckle

You can use it in your home. I love mine. I live past the equator but before you get to nowhere and it is the only way to pick up anything good:coollook:
