Things pretty tough for nurses in Canada at the moment but starting point would be provincial college requirements and most if not all employers look at either pass in Canadian exam or eligibility to sit the exam. You can not go the Federal Skilled Worker route as experience is required. Also changes to temp work permits are also making it harder for employers

Which province are you looking at living and working in?

thank you silver for your assistance

.the place I would like and live in in richmond. what are the requirements to do a bridging programme.

Which Richmond? I can think of two easily

I agree with everyone, nursing here is tough for us Canadian new grads to get jobs so I could only imagine an IEN. Hopefully by the time to get here things would have picked up .

You need to check with the provincial college and they will make decision regarding anything that needs doing to reach eligibility to sit the Canadian exam
