OMG! I did cried a lot when I found out I failed just seeing that big envelope from my mailbox make me want to melt,this is my first time to take the NCLEX RN exam and I don't know how to start again, should I look for a job not related in my field while reviewing for the exam again or just focus n reviewing? Pls. help, ...

I just found out today that I failed for the 2nd time =(

I'm already working at a hospital and they expected me to pass, but since i didn't I guess I have to work as a tech until I pass, but my intern program is really intense that I will most likely be in the next program, which really sucks.

Does anyone have any suggestions to what I should do next? I tried Kaplan, and did the Saunder's CD. Does anyone know if the Pearson vue nclex book is good? I'm willing to try anything. After crying for the whole day I guess I should start looking at what I should do next.

I know this is all in God's plan for me, I just hope that the 3rd times a charm.

Hey, Im in Florida too. I am taking my time too and find that I am more relaxed w/ my studying. Are u guys using Suzannes plan too? and if so, are you seeing NCLEX similarities as I am? Just curious.

I Found Out Today That I Failed! I Am Really So Upset, Thinking I Did Tried All My Best.but Like Any Battle, I Have To Stand Up And Life Has To Go On.another Try.

You already have the right attitude. I wish I felt that way when I failed in July. Im back and studyin again and am feeling good about it sticking to just one book. Its normal to feel that way, lord knows it is. The most important part is picking up the pieces and moving on. I had to learn that thru prayer and this site.

I just want to know if i need to contact the BON for my eligibility to retake after receiving my formal result?

Is it possible to take the test abroad? I will be leaving in Nov.

Please whoever knows the answer, i would appreciate it very much.

we all will pass soon or later. everything happens in our lifes for a good reason !!! i failed twice. i'm not planning to give up at all. instead i have a part time job as a tech right now. that way my life goes on. i also pray and study. god hears me, i know it in my heart, and i will be blessed one day.

hey there! where are you in FL? Goodluck to us! i'm doing Suzanne's plan. I can't say that it's really similar to the actual NCLEX. coz i find my exam harder than the practice questions in Saunders. But i think i'm learning more now how to attack the questions, the test-taking strategies are good. plus the content is really helpful. hope we could make it this time around. Godbless! :)

Hey!

Like I'm taking my Nclex exam in October and its my 4th time!!!

The first time I took it, it stopped at 90 questions and I found out that I failed. the Second time, I ran out of time I sat for the full 6 hours and it ended at 210. And this last time, it stopped at 75 questions!!

I'll be praying for you and don't worry if you didn't pass you can take it again. But Lord please pray for me. I'm ready to get this test behind me and move on with my life...

having a job as a tech in the hospital isn't that bad. but i only work 24 hrs/week,evenings. so that way i have time to study. i have never had a job in the healthcare field before. i'm glad i have it now! i'm gaining confidence. i also know that this hospital will hire me as a nurse as soon as i get my license. so, i think i'm going in the right direction. now i only need God's blessing.

How Many Times A Person Is Allowed To Retake The Exam?
