will using ncsbn just for their quizzes and questions be enough?

Published

Hey AN ☺☺ preparing for the nclex 2nd time around. For those that have used ncsbn, do you think just signing up for the questions will be enough? I do not want to overwhelm myself. If there is an area that I consistenly get wrong then I will go back for content. Other than that, I would probably buy the 3 week session just for the questions. I figure 100 questions a day. I believe they have a total of 1300 questions if I am not mistaken.

I signed up for NCSBN for the questions only, and if I didn't understand the concept of the rationales, I would use the sources from NCSBN.

I also practice the questions in the mindset that it was the NCLEX.

Uworld would also be helpful in preparing for nclex.

Oh yeah, I totally forgot to mention I would be trying uworld as well and the mastery app. Thanks!

It depends on you...I heard ncsbn was most like NCLEX aside from Kaplan. If you think you need it, then go right ahead. However, I think one should not venture for both review courses....its costly. Maybe try ncbsn for content and questions and purchase Kaplan qbank (it's like fifty dollars for 1 month access ) only for the questions. RN mastery app is really good!!!
