I am in the process of applying for jobs and my question is:
When I write a cover letter and I am unsure of the nurse recruiters name is it ok to start out with Dear Sir or Madam, ???
Thanks for any info

It would look okay but is there anyway you could call the facility and find ou the name via HR?

I even saw a cover letter that started with "Dear (name of facility)". I think that looks better than "Dear Sir/Madame"
That would look less personal. Can you contact the facility before you submit the resume and ask to whom you address your resume (attention...)
Yes I will do that. It won't seems weird that I am calling HR to get the nurse recruiters name?
Absolutely not! It shows an interest because you took the time to do so.
Tell them you are very interested in working for there
Corporation and would like to know who to address your resume to.
ok. Thank you both for your assitance. I wrote my cover letters and did my resume, hopefully they look good. Just have to get those names and I will be all set to start applying.
Good luck!
