What do you say during a job interview when you are asked why you are looking for a new job? For me, i just want to go from a "for profit" facility to a "not for profit" facility. Is that a good enough answer?

I suggest you elaborate
I concur.
Make your premise sound like you're really a Non-Materialist, Altruistic Individual who would work for nothing, if you could and you want to get out of a Robotic Capitalistic Money-Grubbing Institution.
I bet those Non-Profit Types love to hear those Kinds of Reasons for wanting to work in Their Institution.

I would focus on why you want to work at THAT facility. I think that is more important then to generalize. Say why you want to work at that specific facility. Do some research. Have they made any big medical breakthroughs, are they a teaching hospital with a good reputation, what sets them apart from the other places in your community?

"I'm ready for a change" or some nonsense like that is what I mostly said when I was doing it this year. The real reason was "because I hate my life working at my current job."
