I know a lot of people have heard back from their schools, and I'd like to congratulate everyone who has been accepted.
I am curious as to how many people are still waiting to hear back from programs they applied to; I feel like so many people are hearing back, and I think it has skewed my view on how many have truly heard.
I am still waiting to hear back from the schools I applied to and the wait isn't getting any easier.
So- who else is still waiting to hear back from schools they applied to?
I applied to the same program as the OP, but they were smarter than I and have a back-up. All my eggs are in one basket and there is no telling exactly when we are going to find out. The apps were due Feb 1st, the last 2 fall classes found out early march, a supportive admin from the school let us know to not expect anything before early April and another applicant contacted the school and was told late April.
I can wait as long as it takes, because I am confidant that the school I am applying to is doing an in-depth review of every applicant. I just hope that my current schools scholarship board feels the same way and doesn't hold it against me that I do not yet have a school to transfer to.
I took my teas V test today. I didn't score what I would have liked but I'm still optomistic about getting in the program. I drove an hour to turn in my application for ADN today. I was extremely anxious for it to be done. Now the 3 month 2week wait....
I'm still waiting too. We're supposed to get letters "sometime in April" so that could mean days or weeks for me. I applied to two programs-the RN one and an LVN one for backup. They won't mail letters for that one until June.
I too am so happy for all the acceptance letters and good news, but it makes me more frustrated and anxious. Why does my school have to take so long?!!

Hello Everyone! I am still waiting. I have applied to the RN and LPN program at my school so that if I get denied from one, I will have a back up. I am pretty anxious but I will not here anything until mid-April to late May. I am somewhat nervous because there are only 60 spots and a long list of applicants. But I talk with my AP instructor about it since he works really closely with the nursing department. He said someone with my grades and the classes I have taken, there is no way that I will not get accepted. Praying that I will.
I'm still waiting here too! They said around the end of April that they were still counting points. Even though they told me that I still find myself waiting on the mail

Still waiting as well...the deadline was January 18th and we should hear by April 15th. I feel sorry for our mail deliverers!
