Jan 10th starts the clinical portion of the program. With Medical Surgical and stuff.

First day of school is January 4th. I am getting more and more nervous with each day that brings me closer to the start of school.

I start roadtrip to nursing on the 8th and then on the 10th I am a brand new nursing student. Super Cool!

I start jan 9th!! I am also starting as a 2nd term student because I clept the entire first semester(im an EMT and knew most of the information) . Im really nervous cause the people in this program all move through it together.

Today was day 3 for me. So far so good. I am relieved because I think I chose a really good school. I am nervous because the standards are set really high. The hardest thing so far is adjusting to a new schedule. I've been really tired. :smilecoffeeIlovecof

I also feel overwhelmed, but we were told this is normal.

Tuesday Jan 9th will be my first clinical. I can't wait to meet my first patient!

I start Monday the 8th. Just found out tonight, Friday the 5th that I'm in the program. The college made a mistake calculating my GPA and originally sent me a letter denying my application. They've since stated they didn't error (not sure how they came to that since they did error) but that I have seat Monday in fundamentals, self care, pharm, and health assessment. Full load! So nervous! So glad not to have to wait till September too! Happy classes all!

I had my first class today!! I really liked it. I don't know that it will be a 'difficult' class in the intellectual sense, but definately challenging!! I am going to be sooo busy. We have tons of tests and all kinds of stuff planned. It will definately be time consuming to say the least. But I'm excited!! It sounds like fun.
