Your question is quite vague, what do you need to know?

It wouldn't be acceptable for nursing licensure in most states. There are no clinical rotations. The acceptable online programs are LPN (with clinical experience) to ASN/RN or BSN or an RN (ASN or diploma) to BSN. And as far as the US there is not NLNAC or regional accreditation only "international accredited organization" accreditation. This appears to be an international program.
Online Nursing School | Online Nursing Degree ? MUST University
In the US a diploma in nursing (for RN) is approximately 3 years. This program claims that you can earn an associates in a year and a diploma in 5 months. US an associates in nursing is 2+ years. In Canada minimum for entry to practice as an RN is a BSN or for LPN it is a 2 year program. So clearly this program does not prepare you for licensure internationally.
In addition the program does not indicate that you would be eligible for licensure as a registered nurse or licensed practical nurse.
Thank you so much !
Would you like recommend me a online university ?
Are you in the US? Are you a US licensed practical nurse, registered/certified respiratory therapist, military corpsman? There are very few entry to practice online programs and no program without an in person clinical requirement
Western Governor's University (WGU) has a partially online entry to practice professional nursing program (RN) that is accepted in a few states where they have clinical affiliations (Southern CA, TX, FL, IN, and UT) BSN with RN License | Online RN Degree | Online Nursing School They are CCNE accredited.

I work in Singapore as a RN now , my working schedule is not allowed me to get a degree course , I do hope I can study on line .
Thank you for your great help
Most US based programs are only available to US licensed nurses present in the US (due to the clincial component), the RN-BSN programs require a US RN license in the state where the clinical rotations will be completed. Since Singapore is a US territory I'm not sure how that is viewed by the admissions committees/nursing programs. You can take a look in the rest of the online/distance education forum as to some of the main programs available at this time: Online Nursing Schools, Colleges, and Universities
I had enrolled to MUST university. but they seem keep asking money and I feel something is wrong with that university . I don't know whether they can return me the enroll fee . because I want to quit
They are not approved by any board of nursing in the US (or seemingly anywhere else) nor are they recognized by any of the usual accreditation agencies such as NLNAC (or CCNE if a BSN program or higher). Their program sounds "too good to be true", as they do not offer clinical coursework and have a program 2 1/2 years or more shorter than any standard nursing program.
I'd say the fact that no one else on these forums has experience with this online only school is a good indication of it's lack of recognition and creditability. If you look at the information for the program I linked above you'll see the difference in the coursework and school accreditation. The "International Accreditation Organization" seems to be owned by a private school. Those who accredit themselves seem to lack credibility.
Most countries require a minimum bachelor's degree for entry to practice with a specific amount of clinical and classroom coursework to be completed. Many require clinical and theory to be completed concurrently also.

Out of curiousity I went to their website and was promted to a chat. I asked if they were aproved by the BON and if you were able to sit for NCLEX. the chat person said yes, which was obvious lie seeing as though they have no clincals and only like 4 random nursing courses. The rep was using "chat speak" as well, I would stay far far far away from this place!
