Who hires newly license LPNS???

I'm a new LPN in the Philadelphia area. Does anyone no of any facilities that hires newly license LPNS in that area, without wanting the 1 year experience?

I agree with apply anyways. Both my clinic jobs were listed for MA's but when I an interviewed they turned into an LPN job for me, I also got jobs at LTC that were calling for more experience that I had but I got them anyways so you never know.

Ok this is good to know! Ive been looking for work for a few months and i was wondering if it would be okay to apply for some jobs looking for a MA. So now i think i will. THANKS!!

Alot of my classmates who have jobs got them because they personally know someone who works there. Well I don't know anyone working in any facility.

What about your classmates? They don't know of any openings?

Ask classmates and teachers, maybe one of the places you did a clinical rotation has an opening! Just keep swimming, just keep swimming, just keep swimming, swimming, swimming. . .

I've got 5 years experience and I can't find a job so I feel your frustration!!
