Who has heard from Stanford New Grad Program?

I was just wondering if anybody has heard from the Stanford (not Lucille Packard) new grad program yet. They took down the posting for it on Tuesday-- thank goodness I got my application in though!

It's just all so brutal out there! Good luck!

They just closed their posting for the March 2010 positions, but I know LPH is having one in the Fall.

I got a voicemail from a nurse recruiter tonight and am so nervous about calling back in the morning! Ahhh, I hope I get an interview!

Did a short phone interview and haven't heard back... probably not a good sign :/

I just got an email today, telling me that I didn't add my transcript in my application. They asked me to revise my application, which I'm guessing means that they haven't chosen everyone yet?

BSNGrad619, Can you tell us a little about the phone interview? What types of questions did the recruiter ask? How long did it last? Any luck?

I'm with you, I had a short phone interview in the beginning of this month and haven't heard back since. I'm not banking on anything developing with it. I thought I did remember him saying, however, that candidates not chosen would be informed by email. So, we'll see if anything develops.

I'm guessing it would be the same questions as I had, so it was more of an HR interview, not very medical/RN related. There were 3 questions, if I remember correctly, and lasted no more than 6-8 minutes in total. The gentleman asked: what makes you a unique candidate, why did you choose Stanford, and for the life of me I can't remember the 3rd. Sorry. But those were the 'bigger' questions that stuck in my head. Hope this helps!

not me...i got the initial phone interview and nothing more. Turns out there were only 6 positions open for 700+ applicants. near impossible. :crying2:
