White Memorial RN Residency Program March 2012

Hey everyone, I just applied online to White Memorial's RN Program that begins March 2012. Has anyone else applied? I only have my ADN, but I hope that I still get a phone call from them. Maybe we can keep each other company while we wait for a response from them. Good Luck to us all! :)

Yay shananagins!! I'm glad your interviews went well!! Thanks for responding and for all the advice - it definitely helps me be more calm! Same here, I haven't had a med math test in months so I've been studying all my calcuations. Hopefully we all get hired and we get to meet in person :) Good luck!!

Best of luck KM!! What unit are you interviewing for and when is it? The med math is pretty basic and i hope you do super well

Oh yaaaaay what a good day this has been!!! I got an offer for NICU as well today and I accepted!!! Hurrraayyy! It's been so hard but its been worth it! I'm so happy! Congratulations

@CarisseChanRN Ah I can't PM yet because I just joined allnurses.com. Anywho, I actually was told Nicu made 4 offers instead of 2 for nicu, and they interviewed 5 total. I'm so excited to start too! It seems so long from now though! This was awesome news to end the year :) Are you from LA??

Hi everyone,

I thought I was rejected already, but HR just called me for my 1st interview for tomorrow. She said I didn't need to bring anything with me (ie license, resume, etc). Did any of your interviewers ask for them? Any other advice would be awesome as well.

NurseMeBSN...i had an interview today too! I thought it was the HARDEST interview! I knew there would be a critical thinking question, but some of the situational questions seemed so vague and unclear. I also did not appreciate that one of the interviewers were EATING during the interview.TALK ABOUT DISTRACTING! I mean it's bad enough that we are already nervous. I just felt it was so unprofessional, and I was really taken aback by this. I am just venting right now. I don't think my interview went too bad, but definitely not my greatest answers. I will not be holding my breath for this one. good luck to you!

Ms88, omg!! The educator lady that kept eating and coughing was so distracting!! I agree on those situational questions...they were pretty vague and found myself kind of rambling. I guess we'll see by the end of the week =\ good luck to you too!
