  1. Yay shananagins!! I'm glad your interviews went well!! Thanks for responding and for all the advice - it definitely helps me be more calm! Same here, I haven't had a med math test in months so I've been studying all my calcuations. Hopefully we all get hired and we get to meet in person :) Good luck!!
  2. Congratulations CarisseChanRN and shananagins!! I got a call for a second interview as well!! I'm excited and really nervous!! I don't want to mess up my chance! Any tips?! Were the interviews with the managers similar to the first panel interview? Was the medication exam straight forward? The recruiter told me not to worry about it, but I can't help it! I hope they don't give questions in drams haha. Really hope that the trend that you saw from last year repeats itself and we all get a position!! :) Any tips to calm my nerves would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!
  3. Congratulations! Have you decided on going to CSULA for the fall? Where else did you apply?
  4. I applied to both CSULA and CSULB's BSN Nursing programs and got into both. Now, I can't decide on which school to attend. I've heard many good things about Long Beach, but not much about LA. However, I heard that LA has higher NCLEX passing rates - is that true? Since this forum is for first years in nursing ... Did anyone applied to both? How did you choose? What's your advice from your experience in your first year? Thanks!
