White Memorial RN Residency Program March 2012

Hey everyone, I just applied online to White Memorial's RN Program that begins March 2012. Has anyone else applied? I only have my ADN, but I hope that I still get a phone call from them. Maybe we can keep each other company while we wait for a response from them. Good Luck to us all! :)

Hello,

I was wondering how selective White Memorial is on the basis of their applicants' spiritual and religious beliefs. I am an agnostic and I can answer their essay questions as a respectful advocate of other people's beliefs and practices... but is that enough for them?

Is there an unspoken understanding that they will prioritize those who are religious?

I hope this question does not offend anyone.

I can't speak for White Memorial, but I would think that a hospital would prioritize an applicant based on how they would respond to certain situations, how they'd treat their patients, and their qualities. I'm sure that there are a lot of employees at White Memorial who have diverse religious backgrounds.

I remember from last year's application, White Memorial sent out a questionnaire that had situational/ behavioral questions. And i believe, based on this questionnaire, White Memorial chose who would advance in the interview process.

Hey guys. Did anyone received any questionnaires that is suppose to be sent to the provided recruitment email address? I haven't gotten mine yet and was hoping if any of you guys have.

When did you guys apply? I tried applying online since 2-3 weeks ago and it kept giving me an error message that the application had been modified or moved and I could no longer apply from that link. Did I miss it? :confused:

Does anyone know how long it took until calls were made for interviews during the last round?

For the March 2011 program, one person had a panel interview in November 2010. I think for August 2011 program, one poster said they got an interview in April 2011.
