Here is a green house. point to another spot on your hand and finally here is a green house and point to a different spot on your hand. Then reapeat. Then ask where is the white house? punch like is

I think it's the typo throwing you off....the PUNCH LINE is "In Washington" Get it? Where's the white house? In Washington.....
