Which states DON'T require VisaScreen or CGFNS?

I am an foreign trained RN working in Vermont. Are there any other states that I can work in that don't require CGFNS or VisaScreen?

I did look at the Compact License website but I don't think a compact license allows me to bypass the CGFNS or VisaScreen.

And perhaps your time would be better spent providing answers to questions you DO know something about instead of attacking me. Don't bother replying thanks.

OK guys, calm down.

OP if you had been a bit clearer in your initial post we can respond accordingly. You can work in any state you want to as long as you meet requirements and that may mean getting CES report from CGFNS or use what ever is required by that state as some use another education evaluation company

I don't bother answering questions I don't know the answer to. And honey, trust me I wasn't 'attacking' you. I'm sorry if that's how you see it. I feel I answered your queries as well as possible given the limited information you gave.

Hi. Im married to a US citizen, but foreign educated nurse from Slovenia. We live in FL and Florida BON states I can get my education evaluated by one of 4 different agencies...CGFNS, IELTS, IERF, JSILNY. Now, only CGFNS requires my TOEFL ibt speaking score to be 26 (I got 24) - other 3 agencies do not. I do not want to take the exam again because FL BON states I need a passing score of 76 (I got 88), they do not mention any speaking score I need.

I did not come to USA on a working visa, but on fiancee so I dont think I need VisaScreen, or do I? Im confused.

Can you please help me understand it...and tell me if im right

Hi we have the same situation, married to a us citizen. I have read in cgfns site and stated there that visa screen is not needed on a family based visa like spouse and dependent. Realized your comment was 3 years ago, how was yours going? Can you help me please? I'm so confuse right now.

The issue is if the state requires it then they have the final say. Have you tried talking to them?
