I was just wondering which schools are lottery based in California. My gpa is only 2.8 so I'm thinking lottery sschools and private sschools are my best bet. Thanks in advance.

There are not many doing lottery period. They have been ending it. It's more of if you don't get in the first cohort the. one apply for the next cohort and you will most likely get in. But there is no list. They will pick the best candidate then the next.

I'm not sure what area of California you're in but there are a couple of ADN programs in Los Angeles. I believe Los Angeles Trade Tech is first come first serve (so if you qualify and meet the requirements you automatically get a spot in the next available cohort. Sometimes you have to wait a semester or two but its not longer than a year), and Harbor City Community College is still lottery I think. Both of these schools are part of the Los Angeles Community College District. Hope that helps.

Los rios community college district includes sac city college and American river college.
