Which Saunders NCLEX Book is the best?

I went to Books a Million and I am going to check out Barnes and Noble. Can anyone tell me which Saunders NCLEX review book is the best to use as a study tool for EC. There are a few and I do not want to purchase the wrong one. I am studying for Health Safety exam as we speak. I have all the textbooks (all 13) and StudyGroup 101 notes. Does the Saunders book have info on material from the Health Safety exam? Thanks for the help

if you go to amazon and type saunders nclex, the book will come up... just review to make sure you have the most recent one... a little more pricey but worth it to me at least

i used saunder's comprehensive review for the nclex-rn. i think mine was 4th edition (blue color) and there is the 5th edition now. it helped me a lot with all the nursing exams.

good luck.

My vote goes to Lippincott's RN NCLEX Review and the Kaplan's RN NCLEX .

The Lippincott's has questions more like NCLEX and the Kaplan's teaches you how to answer the questions. Saunder's is OK... but Lippincott's is better

just my 2 cents worth

I bought the Saunders Comprehensive Review NCLEX RN 5th edition prior to my Repro exam, and I wish I had purchased it much sooner! REALLY nice overview (and I actually feel explained content in the cardio unit for LS1 more clearly vs med/surg books). I have read alot on the NCLEX board that everyone seems to really like Kaplan & Lippincott's NCLEX review books as t-lo mentioned, and figure I will buy those when I am finished with CPNE and use them as my NCLEX prep. I am going to try and use these review books vs any of the study group 101 exams, feel they are more on target to what is in the content guide. Good luck!!
