Which courses qualify one to sit for the nclex rn. Somebody said the board requests for up to 10 courses which include nursg process, patho, pharm, mental health, adult health, maternal/child, community health, etc. I need to know which ones please.

It's usually a degree (ADN/BSN) you can probably check with your local college nursing syllabus and see
No I know a school close to my state that lets their NP students take NCLEX RN after the 1st year depending on which courses the student has passed within the 1st year. I dont just know all of the courses.

Are the you in this program? If not it won't apply to you.
Pretty much every BON will require you to have completed a nursing program to sit for NCLEX. Some programs meet BON requirements for you to sit for PN after 2 semesters of a core nursing program or RN after a certain point in an NP program. But you can't have just completed a list of courses standalone to sit for NCLEX.
If you are currently in a nursing program, then the nursing advisor for the school will be able to answer this for you. Each school has different names for their nursing program courses so no one here can give you a complete list of required courses.
Finally, you will need to have also completed the clinical portion of a nursing program to qualify for NCLEX. You can't just take the NCLEX and become an RN/PN by completing certain courses without having earned the degree.

This has me confused. And maybe j just know less than I thought I did. But aren't you supposed to be an RN before you get into NP school. I was under the impression that you were required to have some experience to even apply to NP school.
