Where to post for house to rent?

Maybe this isn't the right place but I thought I would ask so someone can point me in the right direction..

So I just bought a new house and I have plans to renovate (build an extension and so on) in the near future. In the mean time I have a good 6months+ wait time till I get plans and permits to come in. I would like to offer the house up for a travel nurse to rent as I would prefer a short-term contract. Most people in our area (like on nextdoor etc.) prefer longer contracts of a year+ which delays my timeline for renovations. Any place/platform that other travel nurses can recommend to advertise/post my offer on? I prefer to stick to my nursing community instead of offering to other people around who might not want to leave in 6 months or. Any ideas?

Craigslist, AirBnB are the easy choices. I typically look at Craigslist temp housing before I get to an assignment, there are usually ads specifically targeting travel nurses as they make desirable tenants, if for no other reason that they can afford the rent.

There are several travel medical housing companies easily found with Google who specialize in temp housing for medical travelers. Available for both agencies and individuals, and of course property owners.

Be aware, I rented to nurses and they trashed my property and left owing me thousands in back rent and damages. So don't assume nurses will be good tenants.

One advantage of AirbnB and the temp housing companies is insurance.

There's also a lot of fb groups specifically for travel nurse housing, but the only one I've actually gotten a place through is BedRN. I'm sure the others are fine, just haven't been able to close a deal on any of the others. Ned brings up a good point (as usual) about insurance through AirBnB though.

Thanks for all the replies! I realized that renting only to nurses isn’t going to guarantee a great/responsible renter. Thank you for the leads and I’ll follow up on them to see if we can find a good short term renter. Thanks all!
