Mine is on the first floor, right in the cafeteria/gym room. It is SO loud in here, sometimes I can't hear kids talking to me. The nurse's office at the MS/HS campus in below ground level, down a long hallway and is super quiet. It also shares an outer office with guidance counselors which is nice.
Our building is middle schoolers on first floor and high schoolers on second floor. My office is at the top of the stairs to second floor, in the hallway with a restroom and water fountain. It's a good location because it's a straight shot from the front entrance and front desk, but being upstairs with the older kids probably cuts down on some unnecessary visits from the little ones. The bad part is that I am totally separate from classrooms, so I don't get to mingle with my coworkers much, although I also don't mind keeping to myself. I'd love a larger space and a window, and I've been scoping out open rooms... but that's probably a pipe dream - haha!
Originally, I had a tiny office off the main office. When they redesigned our school athletic facilities, we got moved over to some of the old gym space. Not only did this give me a larger suite of offices for the health room proper, it also gave space for things like speech/OT/PT to do their thing.
I guess I'm not as centrally located, but having the more functional space is worth it.

My office is right behind the main office. Right by the 2 counselors and social worker. Centered between the Elementary on one side and the Middle/High off the other.
