I got a job offer for WHC OR RN Bridge Program scheduled on October 2012 as posted at their website job openings section. I am in the process of completing my pre-employment requirements and almost done. I am just concerned because I am still waiting for the nurse recruiter to confirm the start date, whether it is on Sept 24 or October 22. Last time I spoke to the nurse recruiter was Monday morning and she had not called me back yet. She said no need for me to follow up because she has to hear from the clinical educator first regarding the start date. I would really appreciate if anyone can share any info if you are also going for the bridge program and got a confirmed date already. I am anxious to know the date because I want to give proper notice to my current employer. Thank you in advance :-)

are you referring to the residency program or something different?
Yes It's the 7 - 8 month residency training. I put OR bridge program as posted at WHC website job postings. By the way, the nurse recruiter finally called back yesterday to confirm the start date and it's October 22.

I too, was offered a position. Have you completed all your pre employment requirements, Ive yet to start.
I just called her yesterday to see what the status was. I had to get a DC license, but have yet to be scheduled for anything else. I will follow-up on Tuesday. I can't wait to start, it should be very interesting. What unit are you coming from?
