Where about in California do you work? I live in LA and I am currently attending school for LVN.

19.80 base pay plus 3 dollar differential when I pick up night shifts. 2 dollar differential on weekends for both day and night shift. This on the psych unit of the hospital I work for in Southern California. I also do registry on med/surg units and make from 28-35 depending on the hospital I am going to. Normally around 32 is the average. I have a little over a year experience.

$30/hr plus evening/weekend premiums and 14% in lieu of vacation/sick/benefits

LA county. Around torrance area. I feel underpaid 'coz i work hard compared to some other people i know who's just to get their money and won't care about their responsibilities. ugh.

I think I need to move lol. Brand new nurse in NWPA in a LTC facility $17.05 with $0.50 shift differential. but I also get 6 paid holidays a year free dental and eye, employer reimburses all but $750 of my health insurance deductible. 2 annual raises a year, one in January and one on your anniversary.
