I have NCLEX RN Mastery. You gotta pay for it though which is the downside, but I got it on discount. It's quite nice with a lot of questions for extra practice!

I recommend NCLEX Mastery, but I haven't tried Uworld yet. I have heard that many like Uworld.

I used RN Mastery. I'll use UWorld for NCLEX but probably only on my computer.

NCLEX RN Mastery. Also check out Nurse Superhero on facebook. It's super similar to the mastery app for their app, but larger question bank. It is still pretty new, so not familiar enough to recommend it, but it looks good.

UWorld > NCLEX Mastery on the phone. I used both, but, UWorld definitely had much more difficult questions and seemed more realistic to the actual exam.

I love NCLEX Mastery. There's a free and paid version. Full price I believe is $30 but they often run sales for $15 or so and it is 100% worth that price. The content and the rationales are amazing.
