Just wondering where all of us are as far as when we will be in nursing school :)

I'm hoping to start fall of 2014 but understand I might have to start fall of 2015

What about you?

Specializes in Aesthetics, Med/Surg, Outpatient.

Although I am in a BSN, Im applying to start CC in Spring 2014 in order to help my family out

I'm also praying and hoping to get into the Nursing School either Spring 2014.. Hope our wishes come true! Good Luck!!

HOPING to start fall 2014 too!

I am applying Spring 2014, in hopes to start Fall 2014 or Spring 2015 the latest. At my school you have to have all of your pre-reqs completed (not in-progress) before you can apply. Are most schools like this?

I'm applying to spring 2014. I'm only applying to one state BSN program, so that should be nerve wracking.

Specializes in CRNA.

Will have my Pre-Reqs done at the end of Spring 2014. I have already turned in my application. Hoping to start Summer 2014 for the bridge part then join the rest of the Spring 2015 class in Fall 2014.

I'm hoping to start fall '14, do the fast track BSN and graduate Dec '15

Specializes in Maternal Child, Home Health, Med/Surg.

I'm not sure if my program requires you to have it all finished before you apply. I'll be done by summer 2014, which is why I said a maybe in 2015.

At my school we can apply while still taking classes. As long as we have them completed by the time we actually start it doesn't matter-at least that's what my advisor told me.

Aw, I wish it was like that at my school!

I guess it depends on the state. Most of the schools I'm applying to I am applying 7-8 months in advance. They are not requiring that prereqs be completed at the time of application, but they must be done by the time classes start at the latest.
