There are many teas that have high caffeine levels, but I would be leery about buying them until you make sure you don't get a headache. If you can find a tea shoppe/store, you can sample a few different teas to see how you tolerate them. If you do well, you can then look at getting some of these or similar ones....just know they can get pretty expensive. You can try a Chai or Matte Vanna type tea. I do these two and they seem to do pretty good by me.
Oh tea, one of my favorite subjects.
No Lipton tea for me..too weak. I prefer loose leaf teas and have a few favorite flavors like darjeeling, chai or oolong teas. Now these teas are expensive, yes but you don't use all that much so it evens out IMO. If you get your water really hot and boiling, you only need a small amount of tea. If I buy regular Lipton tea bags then I have to use 2 tea bags to get a decent cup of tea which I hate.
I do like the Tazo teabags especially the chai flavor and will use that when I am in a hurry and have no time to brew some loose leaf tea.
Rockstar lemonade has gotten me through a few 8hr shifts with no breaks in the past. That is only for long days on my feet because I get too jittery if I'm sitting after drinking that. Other than that, just coffee. I've found that gum helps me keep from nodding off while studying if I want an alternative.

I have not had a cup of coffee in over 13-15 yrs. It gives me had headaches.
I dont use that redbull, energy drink junk. So unhealthy (plus, I dont but, my dad has diabetes ) dont want to graduate lpn school with diabetes honors!
lol
I love teas and i'm hoping that Lipton can take me through my program to study and stay awake.
I thought tea was stronger than coffee? Of course not the herbals but the basic black tea with a bit of sugar and milk would do the trick to keep me going.
Any input?
Coffee, redbull and those little bottles of quick energy is out for me!
What are your energy plans?
