What to say to sponsers of nursing benefit

WE have a nursing benefit coming up. I am a nursing ambassador at the event and have to speak with sponsers that donate money to nursing scholarships. I have no idea what to say. I know they will probably ask me a ton of questions as well, I can just hope I can answer them ok.

Should I just tell them about the program? About myself? Or what ?

btw- Dr. Ben carson will be at the event also. I'm SUPER excited and hope I can him.:)

I would tell them a little about yourself, the nursing program, and where their money is going. I would show them how much their donations are appreciated. I had to recently go to an event similar to this and it was awkward at first but I ended up having a good time.
