Are you in Chicago, IL or Michigan?
Do you have a visa with work rights?
Are you fluent in English?
Do you have a valid-for-work social security number?
To become licensed you need to go to the state board of nursing and follow the instructions to apply for a nursing license by examination as an internationally educated nurse.
With out work rights or a valid SSN you cannot legally work in the US.

You do realize what you have written means you are working illegal in the US? This may result in a ban if caught
Go to the state you plan on applying to, follow requirements for foreign trained, sit and pass NCLEX then find employer willing to wait 10 plus years for you to get immigrant visa allowing you to live and work in the US. Immigrant visa employer based is issued onlace of birth and currently India has a 10-12 year wait which may go up or down
Also, apparently, practicing without a license, also a crime.
Hey guys hold on I meant nit like that what do guys are thinking about it.
To admin
Here I m living legally my visa type is R B 1 is that cleared you guys I hope so, but my sponsored is my patient father. I told you that before I m here one of the Kuwait patient were he wants to get here further treatment. Because already they have tried in Germany also but quiet he's doing well they need more positive results. So about me I m just checking if it's possible for me to work here I will do the different processing from india when will I go for a short vacation from Kuwait to India. And they might be staying here until 3 months I think so
Like stated earlier you need to fulfill the requirements of your chosen state board of nursing for licensing by examination as an internationally educated nurse. Many states require a valid social security number to apply and/or be issued a nursing license (as per federal regulations). You may also need to demonstrate proficiency in the English language (written, reading, listening, comprehension)
In addition, as stated above the wait for an employment based visa for someone born in India is presently 10-12 years.
If you are practicing nursing in caring of this "injured man" without a valid state nursing license you are practicing nursing without a license which is a crime in the US, felony or misdemeanor depends on the state.
Thanks for advised me to do I will do as early as possible
