Congrats and welcome to ENA and ER!
I like Nursing2005, RN magazine, and I just joined the Society of Trauma Nurses not too long ago. "Nursing Made Incredibly Easy" also publishes a pretty decent journal/mag.
There are a lot of good books you can buy off the ENA website as well.
Here's a cool website one of the docs showed me too: http://www.embbs.com
Good luck! :)
Subscribe to Nursing2005 (awesome) and will soon be getting 'Nursing Made Incredibly Easy' although it makes it sounds like a magazine for idiot nurses hehe.
I don't get AJN anymore as it's agenda-focused for my tastes (not meant to offend anyone) and I like journals that are overwhelmingly clinical in focus such as Nursing2005.
Hi all!I am a brand new spanking RN. Just found out I passed my boards last week. I work in a level one trauma center and will be joining the ENA soon.
My question is, what other journals/magazines are good for learning that would be of benefit to me?
Wow! They let you spank the patients at your hospital? Some can and do get pretty unruly at times! :chuckle
