What medical shows do you watch?

I used to watch ER, lost interest in that when Carter left, but keep up here and there to test my knowledge....I adore Greys Anatomy - they have some great cases (and good eye candy;) ) and hey, they always seem to be talking about something we're being tested on!

I also watch Trauma; Life in the ER...

Most of these of course are taped for the "spare time" hehe....:lol2:

I absolutly love Dr. 90210 I like to watch it and dream myself of a tumytuck and boob job. Scrubs is the only "fake" medical show I watch just becouse I think it is so funny. But I will watch any real medical show that I find when flipping channels. It drives my husband though he cant stand blood and guts.

I'm another Grey's Anatomy freak!!! I Love Scrubs & now I'm hooked on Nip/Tuck also...thanks to my friend who made me watch the season premier!

I prefer comedy shows and the like...I don't really do tv drama...especially not in medicine. Too "heavy" for TV viewing...I can get all of that stress and more in clinicals.

I like Medical Incredible, Untold Stories of the ER...I like the "reality based" shows.

Medical Incredible is great examples of how medical history and communications and thinking outside of the box can save someone's life.

Untold Stories of the ER is a textbook on how doctor's are not God's, and the panic that they sometimes go through when they are truly, at a loss of what to do, and then knowing the staff is dependent on them for guidence.

They had this cases of a guy that had a large tree branch ran through his neck. The doctor, didn't have a clue on how to remove it and was feeling strongly if it was removed the patient would bleed out.

I watch ER, Scrubs, House and Untold Stories of the ER too. Sometimes i just TIVO them. :blushkiss

House. God, I am so addicted to that show. My entire family refers to Dr House as my husband, that's how bad it is. And my boyfriend recently got me started watching Scrubs. And I am always watching Discovery Health when I get the chance.

Also, Nip/Tuck. I absolutely love that show! I got my mom hooked on it last season (before they moved to LA), and she immediately ran out and bought every season! We never miss an ep, although she has trouble watching the surguries and usually covers her eyes.
