What Med-Surg Textbook do you use at your school?

I would like to know who writes the best med-surg textbook for nursing students? At my school we use Phipps'. The students each semester complains about how they dislike the book and want to change to a different textbook. What textbook do you use at your school? Tell my why you like or dislike your book?

We used Lewis, Heitkemper & Dirksen - Assessment and management of clinical problems

(I put the biblio in APA format so many times, I should have it memorized)

It was really good, and I still have it and use it almost 4 years after graduation. My recommendation is to get the split 2-volume set, so you only need to carry the one with the section you're studying, rather than the whole, heavy thing.

This is the latest edition.

we used Iggy too and i liked it. i have nothing to compare it to though so i dont know how it compares.
