Nursing school really is a full time job in itself. Just take one day at a time, try not to jump the gun too much and get panicky. And remember, everyone else in your class is going through the same thing, so try to find some comfort and sanity in that. You're not alone and you'll get through it!

With the 3 days a week of theory, 2 days of clinical, a care plan each week, 2 hours of special topics, 1 hour of community and 1 hour of seminar.....how the he-double hockey sticks am I supposed to find time to study and do everything?? I am in my first semester of clinicals. Just finished the first 8 weeks in the nursing home...now we are going to clinical 2 days a week instead of 1, and have double the class time. I just feel SSSOOOO OVERWHELMED. :angryfire I did great in NUR 171, the first 8 weeks, got a 93 and 100% on my care plan, got a 92 on my final, ended up with a B.....now I feel as though I am going to have an anxiety attack everytime I step into school. What helps or helped you get through school? Any suggestions??
thanks for listening!
