I can only speak on Kaplan and Saunders. I have been using Saunders throughout the nursing program and as my primary content base. For me Saunders was much more similar to the questions in nursing school (most instructors dip in saunders for questions) I am currently taking Kaplan and the questions, IMO, are much more complex! I noticed it immediately. I started doing the CD questions from Saunders and I was scoring in the high 60's low 70's and it was easier to @ least get to the last two options. Kaplan is a completely different ball game. After completing the diagnostic test for Kaplan, I thought I was a complete moron :) But I'm glad I invested the money in Kaplan for me and my studying. Best of Luck :)

I think it depends. I'm not familiar with Mosby but I did do some of the Saunders and personally found them to be difficult because they were more content driven and after being out of school for 11 years I had forgotten so much that these questions were more difficult for me than Kaplan.
That said, very few of my NCLEX questions were content driven like the Saunders I had done. They were much more similar to the Kaplan questions. I don't know that I'd say Kaplan was more difficult than the NCLEX but I would say the questions from Kaplan were more complex than the ones I had on the NCLEX if that makes sense.

I have taken and passed the NCLEX-RN very recently. In my opinion, the 75 questions on my exam were most similar to the ones in the Saunders comprehensive review. They were fairly straightforward questions, and either you knew the content or you didn't. I was also studying Kaplan questions and, in my opinion, they were trickier and harder than actual NCLEX questions that I had received.
