dont exhaust yourself because you might find your brain oxygen deprived, well kinda..

dont give any chances of accidents happening before the big day, if something happen like you injure a foot, well that wont be an ideal situation while taking the NCLEX.

just sit at home, watch TV, watch movies, go on facebook, and dont do ANYTHING that relates to nursing, and lastly...PRAY :)

I am far from taking my nclex, but I love to read everyones testimonials. I will be taking the teas....got any advice for what I should do before beginning my sciences? I know it covers Chen and physics?

Went to an amusement park with mu husband and baby..=)

Everyone gave me the "don't study the day before" advice, but honestly, I didn't give that tip much credence. Why? Because I always studied up to the minute of every test in nursing school and I got excellent grades in school. I figured, if my method ain't broke, why "fix" it? I studied all day the day before NCLEX and I woke up at 4am the day of and studied til about an hour before the test. I even reviewed a few of my key notes in the parking lot at the test center. I passed with 75 questions and I can honestly say that some of what I reviewed that morning was on my test. The most important thing is to trust yourself with your study needs and what works best for you. You didn't graduate nursing school without figuring out what study habits work for you, so you don't need someone else to change it all around for you now.

PRAYED. and PRAYED and PRAYED.

I prayed also and tried to play video games and watch television. I did study a little but none of it was on my exam. You just have to do what works for you.

I did some questions, worked out, walked my dog, and played SWTOR.

I still studied..hehehe..Not that I was cramming but I just want to fill in my anxiety. I have read and heard that a lot of people do relaxation the day prior the exam and that works for them but for me since I am a very worrisome person I just do as my mind wants me to and that is to read (but mind you, im not really reading, im just pacifying my mind). It actually made me very relaxed on my exam date. Stopped at 75 in 45 minutes :)

The day before the exam, I read NCLEX test taking tips and watched comedy movies.
