Hello. I was wondering what pocket book would be good for the pediatric ICU. Should I just buy a critical care pocket book? Any help is greatly appreciated!

AACN has a pocket guide. I am not aware of a pocket BOOK that you would need as your workplace has needed resources in place.
@meanmaryjean, Thank you for your help. The reason I'm asking is because a friend is starting her job in the PICU and I want to buy something for her birthday that will help her with the job. She is really excited and I want it to be a little surprise! Do you have any suggestions?

I went to Amazon and found Blue Print: Pediatric ICU. It looked interesting but is pricey, from $124 new to $47 for used. I would not recommend just any critical care pocket book for the reason that your friend is in the PICU. I suggest looking further in Amazon or googling PICU pocket books. AACN is a good resource too.

Moved to the Pediatric ICU forum.
How about a fun print scrub top? A stethoscope cover? Name badge reel?
Yeah I ended up getting a personalized name badge reel! Thank you so much for your help :)
