White top, white pants and God forgive you if you wear anything other than white underwear.
Man...I like white. However, I think white uniforms were the worst idea anyone could think of, even if they do look nice & professional!
I had to wear white for my CNA clinicals & they were definitely tough to keep clean. I had s**t stains down my leg from a resident & I was so disgusted I had to go out & buy some new ones the next day
It looked really good. Heck I still wear all black a lot of the time, just wear a colored undershirt to add some color/variety to the daily grind.
Best part of transitioning from school to hospital is the choose your own scrubs. I got black pants. Being that I am on Peds I figured probably not a good idea to wear all black. LOL But I don't mind the black pants and colored top or I when I get a paycheck I have seen some all black with pops of color that would probably go well. I also like the olive green color Dickies have and I really like their Generation Flex new line they have with like 9 pockets.
Our school uniform was ceil tops and bottoms, white shoes, ceil blue jacket if we wanted one which had to have school logo on it, and could have white or ceil socks. Also could have white or ceil blue undershirt.
I heard they were changing them to maroon though next semester for the new incoming students because it's just to much confusion with the OR team and Surgeons and other docs that wear the same scrubs.

Just curious what your student uniforms look like. Our uniform is white pants, light blue polo, white vest....all issued by the school.
