I have Nursing 4 which is half a semester of Nursing Care of Adults II and half a semester of Psych, and Human Growth and Development. Class all day Monday, patient assignments Tuesday, Clinical al day Wednesday, 1/2 day Thursday, class 1/2 day Friday.

Don't know why I'm even posting in this thread, but I am taking one class. It's the only general ed class I have left and all my prereqs are done. I'll be taking American Govt via a television course so this should be a very easy semester, but I am spending all my extra time studying up on medical terminology and dosage calculations and any other nursing stuff I can get my hands on. I am trying to get myself as ready as I can be for the nursing classes in the fall.

I am taking Critical Care/ER (lecture all year, each clinical for 8 weeks), Community Nursing (lecture and clincial all semester....yuck!!!), and Nursing Ethics. After that, only one semester to go.

This will be my second semester in the nursing program, and I'm taking Health Promotion/with clinical (all semester) Med Surg. I/with clinical (second half of the semester), and Psychiatric/Mental Health/with clinical (first half of the semester).

We're in class on Mon, Tues, and Wed mornings all semester, and our clinicals are Tues afternoon (health promotions), and on Thur/Fri (depending on if we are doing our med surg or psych clinical)

I'm really looking forward to Psych.

Classes start for me on the 13th----I can't wait.

Pre reqs. I'm taking A & P II and Art Appreciation.
