My stat course was easy. Our instructor allowed us to put the important equations on a 3 X 5 card for exams. Of course, one needed to know how to apply the info to the word problems. Most people got As or Bs. Those who got Bs usually had missed classes and not met all the assignments. You had to work not to get an A. Hope your stat course is this way.
ok i got it. so, if assist doesn't specify any specific course, it just means it can be any class that satifies that section.if you go to your schools website, i found the ge pattern curriculum link for you:
http://osca.lbcc.edu/pdf/genedplan/abcguide08-09.pdf
-- on the second page under "plan b - csu general education"
it says which specific courses satisfy each area:
oral communication = speech 10, 20, 30 or 60
written communitcation = english 1 or 1h
critical thinking = english 3 or 3h or philosphy 11 or 12 or speech 60
[color=#231f20]quantitative reasoning = pretty much any math class, csulb wants stats
[color=#231f20]i've had to deal with a lot of this stuff without a counselor so i'm pretty much an expert at it by now, lol.
[color=#231f20]keep me updated on what classes your taking. if we both continue on the fast track and both get accepted (
, lets hope!) we might end up in the same cohort!
[color=#231f20]good luck!
wow! you have no idea how much time you've saved me! also you just made me extremely happy because now i don't have to take a phil 11 class, i thought i took engl 3 for nothing. thanks a million. i've been a long time lurker of this forum and just decided to sign up today and im very happy i did. now i can cancel my counseling appointment lol
