About a week ago, I took my HESI A2 and got 73% which they said is their passing grade. I just wanna know my chance of getting into Chamberlain. Right now, I have 3.12 GPA from the community college I'm attending, and they also asked for my high school transcript which is 3.5. Also, I let my advisor know that English is my second language and let her know my concerns about the English part of the test before even taking it. I'm scared of the decision because badly want to become a pediatric nurse.
Anyone here who got accepted at Chamberlain with 70s HESI score? I'm worried.

Well, it is a private school so as long as you pay, you have a chance. Also, I do not know why you mentioned English is your second language. Unless it is a question on the application, or required to provide some scores that you are proficient in English, there is no reason they should know you are not a native speaker.
I mentioned it because I want them to know what to expect from me, and English section in the HESI was something that really concerned me. And yes, I was asked in the application if Engish is my primary language.

I think your chances are pretty good. Chamberlain looks at a number of things so your HESI score although right on the nose is not all they are basing their decision on. Your GPA is very good. Don't stress, I think you're in.
Thank you that really enlighten me. Ill just have to wait for the board's decision. I'm excited, but nervous at the same time. This is my only chance of becoming a nurse.
I am nervous I have not heard anything from Chamberlain

Not true. I am graduating from Chamberlain now. And they turned down dozens of applicants for the next start date. They still had a dozen slots open.
I got accepted at Chamberlain. I don't know why they accepted me, but I'm excited.

I think it depends on which chamberlain you attend. Some accept just about anyone who applies because they are larger and can accommodate more students. Others are much more selective and competitive. I know the chamberlain I go to is very competitive as they only allow 30 students every semester. In my cohort the average hesi was 90% and average gpa was around 3.5
