Any suggestions?
It's individual depending on preference and need. Do you need content? Do you need test taking strategies? Do you need help with prioritization and delegation?
I think i just need test taking strategies and also with prio and delegation.
Test taking strategies Kaplan is recommended.

I would have to agree that Priority, Delegation and Assignment was awesome! It helps a ton with figuring out what tasks can be given to another RN, LPN and then aides. It's not a very big book either, I did all of the questions over a month along with other questions from Kaplan. I did all of Kaplan's qbank and trainers. Overall, I do think that Kaplan's questions were harder than the actual NCLEX, but just having access and exposure to all those questions was great. It can be super overwhelming trying to figure out which resource to go with, but I think you just need to pick something and start studying. If after a little bit you discover you don't really enjoy that resource (that was me with Saunders) then just try something else.

I've been hearing great things about Kaplan, LaCharity, and Saunders Comprehensive Book :)!
I'm also curious about UWorld.

I took and passed the nclex about a month ago and I used Saunders book to review material and I bought both the Kaplan qbank and the UWorld qbank. I did all the questions on both and reviewed the rationale on every question. UWorld looked exactly like the NCLEX, had harder questions, way better rationales, and more SATA questions. Although both are very good, UWorld goes above and beyond. Very happy I used UWorld.

Personally, I really liked Uworld! They have a lot of priority, SATA and delegation type questions and the rationales are really good. It also seemed more enjoyable to sit down and do uworld review over any other that I tried.
